To get things moving, pay a 15% deposit (or pay in full if you’re feeling decisive 😄).

Step 3: Video Consultation 🎥📐

Once your deposit is paid, we book a video consultation with our team.

We’ll help you:

  • Measure your opening properly (no guessing 📏❌)
  • Understand structural and preparation requirements
  • Avoid expensive mistakes before manufacturing

Think of it as FaceTime, but for windows.

 

 

Step 4: Drawings & Structural Calculations 🧠📄

We prepare:

  • Detailed manufacturing drawings
  • Installation drawings
  • Project-specific structural calculations

You review everything and tell us when you’re happy.

 

 

Step 5: Drawing Approval + 25% Payment ✅💰

Once drawings are approved, a 25% stage payment is due.

🎉 This is the green light!

Your oriel window now enters production.

 

 

Step 6: Manufacturing (4–6 Weeks) 🏭⏳

Your oriel window is made to order.

  • Precision fabrication
  • Premium materials
  • Performance-tested glazing

Good things take time. Great things take 4–6 weeks 😉

 

 

Step 7: Final Payment (60%) 🧾🔔

The remaining 60% balance is payable 5 days before delivery.

This allows us to schedule logistics, delivery, or installation.

 

 

Step 8: Delivery or Installation 🚚🛠️

Option A: Delivery Only

  • Kerbside delivery
  • Supplied on a wooden stillage
  • Installation guide included

Option B: Installation Service

  • Our fitters bring the window with them
  • Professional installation
  • No kerbside delivery needed
